spin outs

Has anybody else thought of the spin out possibilities adding big value 
When a JV is found I dont see SEA wanting them to have a piece of everything 
Any thoughts

Coming from Tud/Tuo and AMK...I would think Seabridge would do a Treaty Creek area spin out.

Just bought in. Made some research, I think this company has great potential. Great portfolio. Diversification is a key in the success. It may play out in various ways. 1. JV on one project only. KSM is the best candidate , fully permitted project and ready for construction. I think the deal could be in the make as we speak now. 2. Spin out of the seperate projects into 5 entities, and seeking ...more

Enlighten me...truly, if a tree falls down in the forest, and no one hears it, did it really happen? Like wise, if there's millions oz of gold in a desolate impossible terrain that no one can get to it economically, does it really exists?.... Nope to both...or, if not capable of being there...NOPE. Its on the right side of the mountain where people are.

I think 5 separate entities would give the  greatest value to current shareholders if they get a larger enough piece of each
