Thinking of buying some SEA. Is the MTT through treat Creek really an issue.

The copper & gold resource seems to be the cheapest anywhere. But can they get the material out??

it has been a long time since mr. fronk said they were looking for a j.v. partner , at 1 time i read that rbc was acting as advisor to sea in trying to find the j.v. partner , so i figured rbc would have checked everything out and yes they could get the material out , but this search for the j.v. partner has gone on for a long time , with only mr. fronk continuing to say they are searching . ...more

It could/would sterilize two huge elephants under the purposed rout and Tudor/Tueton/Amercan Creek won't let that happen without a serious fight. They all need to work together, yet Frank seems to be defiant on this topic. If Seabridge did win, they would be responsible for the loss of (at least) two huge claims:Perfect Storm and Gold Storm.
