The combination of all three interests likely represents the most economical path going forward. It also is the most efficient way to package the project for eventual financing/merger/JV etc. etc. etc.  If the Principals could check their EGOs at the door and imagine for a moment that the shareholders, mostly them actually, would be considerably further ahead by combining efforts rather than pretending to be heros. I have long shared your idea of combination. I suspect that we are not alone and that soon someone who can make it happen, will.

In theory I think your right but I dont see anyone committing the money for buyouts and development  It will get up and running at some point and run for generations
