We have to wait for the LOO itself and Tudor's PR. I don't trust Rudy, he has never been accurate.

Rudy and Ken get this sorted out NOW so shareholders can take advantage of these markets. Many strong plays right now. I hold shares in both companies but if need be, without agreement between you both, I and I'm sure many others will move on to other opportunities.. I've seen what happens when these things end up before the courts (amk/tuo) and it's not good for anyone. If I was an ...more

Both Konkin and Fronk are getting up there in age (way past 60). If they want to leave some kind of positive legacy and for the benefit of the owners/shareholders before they retire or worse they better get their butts in gear and resolve whatever differences exist between the two companies.
