The position of Seabridge regarding the tunnel question is clearly stated at 53.23 and after. Fronk is also once again asking shareholders to "hang on" and that a joint venture announcement will happen soon.

If I were a Tudor shareholder I would not be happy with what Fronk is saying about the company and would consider selling now.

Dog...we know our rights as outlined in the legal system....and I'm fine with what "could" be ruled. Seabridge builds the MTT, GoldStorm is sterilized, and Seabridge has to pay for that sterilization...which will be documented at approx. 130 million oz of gold. Tudor still wins...and so do we as shareholders. Frankly I don't think Seabridge can pony up that money as well as the ...more
