You obviously don't get it: You don't have permission nor the permit to actually sterilize Goldstorm....and if you do, you're paying for the 130million oz that you sterilized (which I'm good with but you don't have the funds) Furthermore, there's no room for the MTT AND Goldstorm as I understand it.
I'd even go one step further and say (IMO) that the JVs out there are indeed worried because you can't get ANY of them to partner with you.

This is probably the most naive and ridiculous statement I have read in some time Forster in reply to my post. The BC government can grant easements through its own property such as Treaty Creek. TUD only has the mineral rights.

Ohh sure show me where SEA as an "easement" through GoldStorm CSK? Or do you just have a line on a mine plan SEA drew up prior to TUD finding a whole lot of gold / copper / silver right in it's way ? On their own property where mineral rights are garanteed through the land act.

TUD's mineral rights are guaranteed. Mining rights are not. SEA has mining rights which include the right to the tunnels across the Crown Land where TUD has the mineral rights. Your mineral rights are not disturbed and they are not in question. You cannot get the right to mine the minerals unless you complete a PFS and get an Environmental Assessment Certificate. How many times must you say the same things and contradict legal precedents? Everyones main point is, the only reason Rudi can say the things and does the things he does is simply due to Tudor being in its infancy (with a 130 mil oz claim). I'm appealing to the decent investor (thus bypassing you and Rudi words and inactions) and letting people realize the proper perspective. Tudor is coming

David and Goliath my brother ! And yes  IMO no JV will have SEA unless they take both of us. It's more likely a JV would take TUD first at a much smaller market cap to then control the future of SEA. And the either take them at will as they wither out there for years to come as their shareholders exodus in mass to TUD . Or pull them in early to make a very large complex. Why would they JV
