Secure Energy
Secure announces board member resignation

TSX: SES | CAD 6.61 | Outperform | Price Target CAD 9.00

Sentiment: Neutral

Secure announced that Director of the Board, Michael Colodner, has resigned, effective June 15, 2022. Mr. Colodner was appointed in July 2021 following the Tervita merger. We do not believe the resignation is related to operational issues as Secure continues to gather momentum from improving industry conditions and achievement of merger synergies.

Mr. Colodner resigning. Prior to Secure, Mr. Colodner served as director at Tervita for three years. Although Mr. Colodner served a short term with Secure, Rene Amirault, President & CEO stated, “Michael was instrumental in the transaction discussions between the two companies and remained focused on realizing the synergies resulting from the transaction and Secure becoming a more resilient, profitable and efficient business”. Mr. Colodner resigned for reasons unrelated to Secure in pursuit of other business endeavours.
