Maybe you should notify Star Royalty and let them know that they won't be paid back the $18 million they are lending Kerr, since the terms of the loan pay off are using gold production.   Or did you not catch that news?

They will take over the property.  No legitimate enterprise EVER puts money into a project lacking a BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY.  You have been duped again as Kerr has done over and over and over.

How would that work?  You're saying that Kerr put the entire property up as collateral for the loan if they don't achieve production to pay it back?  Not sure I buy that.  Actually the terms of the loan look pretty generous for Kerr since I don't see any timeline for production as part of the loan agreement. I'll repeat it.....There is NO BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY!   Only an idiot lends money or invest in a mining project without a BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY!   The last ones to try that was Rubicon...they went bust.
