1. Ounces of gold in updated resource estimate for goldboro (M+I+I) - 2.25Moz
2. Tilt Cove average grade for mill processing - 6g/t
3. Share price in 6 mos - $1.80
4. Share price in 12 mos - $3
5. AISC of Goldboro in feasibility study (USD) - $875
6. Gold price end of 2021 (USD) - $2100
7. Likelihood of takeover of ANX or spin off of Goldboro in 12 months - 30%
8. Likelihood of plsn to expand mill capacity in Point Rousse to process Tilt Cove, other nearby claims - 25%

Here are my predictions based on last ANX board's MD&A. It does not take into consideration a buyout offer by a major. 1.
