Another response to Shifty

Shiftyone:
Doumdidumb,
I'm not interested in really listening to you anymore.  but i do read your posts.
Name calling again (how respectful and edifiant). I'm pondering about that post... it might hide something profound about you. Think about it. The only way to "listen" someone on a text bullboard is to "read" a post. You're actually saying that you "do not like to listen to me" but still, you read my posts. For what purpose you torture yourself like that?

And then some moments later you shoot this one:
DDD.....I didn't want to respond again. but you make me passionate.  And I love talking to you.
Man, if you want to build your credibility and earn some respect in the discussion, keep it on the essentials: the bullboard is for discussing SGNL topics, not about your emotional feelings. If you love that much taking to me but not listening, than I propose that you send me private messages as your polluting the bullboard. Also, if you want to have a discussion, you must accept also that the other party talks too. If you just love talking, it means you might only love to listen to yourself. May I suggest that you take some time to work on you a bit trying to find what is causing all these turmoils inside you?

Shiftyone:
ps.  you have only invited shareholders to contribute to the conversation.  sorry.... didn't realize it was your forum.
you don't know if i am a shareholder or not.
Well, it's not your's neither. It's clear I'm a shareholder though. Are you one?

Shiftyone:
Why do you want to fight so much?  it reminds me of my past when there was so much passion building up about a particular subject..   sometimes the people you hated.... well first chance one thing led to another. like for example.. you might convince me to buy sgnl.  or maybe i already did.
I think the one who wants a fight is YOU. I thanked you for your comments yesterday, remember? Also, I kept it respectful and the only thing I did was correcting your statements about royalties and asking some precisions about categorizing it in the PROS for NEXG instead of CONS. Earning respect and a right to debate would have been to accept you were wrong or answer to the questions. But Oh I forgot! You just told me earlier that you do not like to listen to me, but you do love to talk. And I make you passionate... jeez, again very hard to follow you. Perhaps you are more than one person using the same account? That could explain a lot of things.

Shiftyone:
I don't care about your numbers to be honest.
Not the first time you say you don't care. But still here you are. Again.

Shiftyone:
All that matters is what the rest of the market feels it is worth for the short term.
If this is what you think, than it's simple: just jump in when you're concerned. And I guess it's the rest of the market that will vote in December? (no need to answer, it's just a rhetorical question)

Shiftyone:
I don't have all the facts and haven't studied like you did.  But it is fun to talk.
You talk about the royalties and explain where i was wrong when I used 1% as an example.  Well they range from the low end at 1% and go up to 2.5%.  Not on the Goliath property I thought... but perhaps there are some areas in between. I don't know.

Even at your extreme 2.6% royalty.  If gold is $2700 Us, that is still $2629 the company gets.  And those royalties can be bought out.
Let me explain something about the royalties effect. When POG is high, their effect is not that big of a deal. But plug those royalties when gold is $2000, cause you know that gold price goes up and down, right? (rhetorical question). And hey, let's say gold is going down to $1750... what about that? Don't you think it's important to not minimize the effect of a royalty of 2.5% (which is 2.5 times your 1% example) when POG is in a depress curve? Don't you think bankers will figure those scenarios out before putting money in a project? (again a rhetorical question)

Shiftyone:
Yes I think Goldboro brings more to the table at this moment.  From the results we have seen.   And no FS for Goliath.   But I think Frank probably isn't an idiot.
After all these gibberish statements, the only "pearl" you came out with. It says that you agree (and the objective of the discussion was ONLY to have comments about the PROS and CONS regarding both properties). But what is really the pearl is your statement about Frank Giustra: "he probably isn't an idiot". Well, Frank supported the merge deal which will make Kevin Bullock the CEO of the new company! How come Frank approves to have "SUCH A BAD CEO" (the opinion you served ad nauseam) if he is not an idiot? (it is just a rhetorical question, I'm not expecting an answer).

Shiftyone:
I think that Narobie...sp?  was looking at this like that SGNL was not going to be able to keep the mortgage I will call it in good standing.  They have learned recently that gold projects that cannot be financed they lose a ton of money when the covenants are broken.  So they are trying everything they can to get their money back.  Taking another chance at a bit of a different deal.
What is "Narobie... sp"? I'm guessing you're talking about Nebari Credit? Well, this discussion would be for later as I wanted to have a focused discussion on the properties. I promise you we will discuss about the debts soon.

Shiftyone:
Keep in touch.... xoxoxo
Seriously, those type of reaction does not bring anything to the discussion. You're making it a personal matter when we want to keep the discussion about the merger. Grow up a bit and learn to accept being corrected when you do mistakes.
