You seem to have a hard on for CSH.. just a raw look on Yahoo finance and they have 2B in debt with 20M cash on hand with a debt to equity ratio of 192% and a Payout ratio of 791%.  I dont have ...more

They give dividends to tempted people to buy their flow through shares. How can it be profitable to give money out there when you have creditors ? The only way would be to sell flowthrough shares ...more

If they didn't cut dividends all through covid when they weren't accepting new occupancy for ~2years i highly doubt they will cut divs now when they are growing and bringing debt ratios down.& ...more

They will have no other choices but to dilute if they keep throwing out dividends. They are in debt, and the decrease of 2% in debt was because of flow through shares and refinancing.

Imo

They should keep their dividends and pay their debt. The governement financing increases will come to an end.... Their occupancy rate is topped out.... They paid roughly 2% of their debt with ...more
