This news would explain why the SLS corporate presentation has been off line on its website the last 3 weeks. They are always diligent about updating it. That price pop on Friday was likely due to this announcement forthcoming....

Awe hell no! Canadian regulators are an embarrassment to all industry. While the deal no longer made much sense I'm not sure the market will view this news favourably initially. Though with copper prices continuing to rise to new highs, that could very well supersede the usual direction this stock would take on news such as this.
