If all SOIL's wells are performing so much above estimates, why aren't they increasing guidance by the same amount??

This statement plus page 6 of April presentation states 13% outperformance for all new wells so should be a pretty significant upgrade in guidance, but it's flat at 26.5 mboe/d.
