Well, lots of bad board members left, but some still stayed. SOT management has issued their white proxy several times, if you have already voted, make sure you vote for the BLUE proxy last. Revote it again, to make sure. TO make sure that your white proxy vote is revoked. Vote against the Welch brothers and Samual Altman, this guy is just a patsy, he was on the board of SRT.UN for 10 years.

Finally got the Blue Proxy.  It may be not everyone gets this in time for the vote, which would be too bad.  Armoyan has done well with real estate in other ventures and SOT.UN has been one of the worst, so you have to belive it is a better way to go.  And with Clarke at least, he does not overpay his staff or take out too much for himself and works for the regular shareholders. I
