AROMYANE MUST BE SUPER CONFIDENT

To put 40 million into a B class office reit going into a recession and decade high interest rates.

He has invested almost $59 million he sees management vulnerable with opportunity to blow out trust agreement which fees are ridiculous ...in my opinion

Yeah so he gets rid of management...then what? These office asset aren't exactly in hot demand.  He has to have a bigger plan than just repacing mgmt.   You probably cant even sell the buildings until recession is over

If you get rid of managemt you save .18 share at 9x earnings which that increases vakue by 1.62 4.30 plus 1.62  gives you 5.92 that's a start

Can you prove SLAM is charging more than other reit management? I though it was inline with others like Dream asset mgmt etc

Take a look at MDA financials lists the fees it's excessive  external management it's atrocious and no value  $60 million investment and now is the by far larger owner even than slate  slate asset wasn't expecting this and the best part he hasn't communicated with him but they have reached out to him ....wait until the earnings

Going to be another big buy day for Aromyane I think, SOT down only 1/2 % at almost a full day's volume when most REIT down 2-3% on low volume. Seems to be a huge bid at $4.28
