No idea here, could be anything, maybe Armoyan just found someone better for the job or Angers wants to do something else, who knows.

The best path forward by far is voting for anything Armoyan wants or proposes, the more control he can gain over the REIT, the higher our likelyhood of doing ok.  I think everyone agrees with that and it need not really be said.
