SPB needs to undertake a strategic review. The corporate structure is bloated. Managment is slow to do anything. There's no catalysts on the horizon. Allan MacDonald was brought in to turn things around.  Nothing substantive has happened yet beside over paying for Centarus.

Where's the bloat? What should they be doing faster? Catalysts? Give an example.. What should they have paid for Centarus? Just curious.

Are you serious Freezerburn? SPB's propane business sucks.  There's no near term catalysts for the business.  The industry needs to rationalize or consolidate (difficult with anti-trust concerns though). They got way too much management. What should they have paid for Centarus?  Go ask Captain Obvious.
