You are delusional... should have taken my advice last week and invest in REITs/Bitcoin. BAM is going to take this to $5/6 range and buy-out for pennies on the dollar. Retail needs to get away as quickly as possible... Best of Luck to All!

Not shorting.. just lost alot hoping for the same thing you are, best for retail to move on or avoid... Greedy BAM will drive this to the ground, Leadership is NOT up to the task, moving from monthly to quarterly div., switching to US dollar report, warmer weather lowering demand, recession hitting in N.A.... What is BAM doing?  They're sitting back getting paid a 7.5% dividend. There in a win-win position. If the stock goes up, they convert at the strike price and they're in the money with a capital gain. If the stock goes down, they hold preferred status over common shareholders so they're in a better position. It wasn't that great a deal for the company.

Why am I here?  I've have some success buying high yielding stocks over the last couple of years except for this one.  This one has turned into a turd sandwich.  The business is boring, no one is interested in it, and all managment does on earnings call is talk about they have a great team, are all working hard to acheive desired results, and that the past is behind them, but
