Encouraging words from CEO

Finally something I can feel good about in yesterday's news release.

"The company said it remains committed to accumulating balance sheet strength to help fund future acquisitions, to continuing the long-term profitable growth of our business."

Looks like they are finally seeing the light and listening to investors.

The NASDAQ is now up 140 points (and STC is up 3% on the OTC with no volume) so not sure why people are selling this morning.  GLTA

Building a strong balance sheet and entering a recession is a must, spending cash on acquisitions while entering or during a recession could end in bankruptcy or sale.

  I agree with this.  My personal preference is when companies grow organically but with Sangoma they've established credibility in being able to grow organically and through acquisitions.   Sangoma has a very solid interest coverage ratio and they produce enough cash to comfortably service their debt, purchase other companies, or their own shares through a share buyback ...more
