Owns shares in the beginning, but not anymore.
Large acquisition last year has negatively affected company financially.
Recurring revenue strong.
Stock in penalty box right now and makes it hard to raise money.
Waiting to see what happens with the company.

Company share price drop reflects this. It has enough money to buy back some shares, revenue is growing. He sounds like he is looking at what was,. Should comment on where it goes. New investors will do well even if it only goes to $8.
