my 2 cents
IMO right or wrong. SU management doesn't care or even not wanting to hike the share price with company money. Just imagine that you co own a property with another person and you are planning to buy the share of the other person. You will not make an extra effort to increase the value of the property before the deal. So similarly, I think any substantial div can onlly be expected when they stop buying back shares. why would they distribute the money and then buy those shares at a higher price. I am not saying I am very happy about it, but it's most likely happening here, IMO.
