Prediction for adjusted operating earnings

I once again looked at Q2 results VS the coming Q3 again this morning.
My rough and dirty calculations give me a number much higher than what
i see on the web.The average is about $1.30 - $1.40

Ajusted operating earnings were 96 cents in Q2

My prediction is that it will be MUCH HIGHER THEN $1.30 in Q3

I would not be surprised at all to see $1.50 to $1.75

Call me crazy, overly optimist, waring pink glass...

Anybody care to play the game of prediction ?

My final call $1.60

And with these good results, the stock will be up thursday reflecting these good results.

CNQ once again increased their div.Will SU follow?

I am confident that R. Kruger will show good stewardship in turning this big ship in the right direction.Institutionnal investors will start to realize that this is starting to be a different Suncor
then what we were used to be.

Lifeisgood thank you for your post. I too believe SU adjusted earnings will be up from Q2. Haven't had a chance to finish my estimate, but I liquidated my Tou stocks on Thursday and reinvested some of the proceeds into SU. I have been wrong many times in the past, but have had a pretty good record in recent history. I believe we will see a nice uptick in share value this week. The WTI price is
