Peru's election
At 86% of ballots counted in Peru's elections, Keiko Fujimori hasestablished a comfortable lead over Pedro Pablo Kuczynski. The tallyaccording to the National Elections Office is:
1. Ollanta Humala 31.4%
2. Fujimori 23.2%
3. Kuczynski 19.2%
4. Alejandro Toledo 15.3%
The tendency of Fujimori on the rise in the official count is supportedby a statistical "rapid count" of polling tables by the NGOTransparencia, which projected Humala at 31.7%, Fujimori at 23.3% andKuczynski at 18.3%, with a 1% margin of error.

Is the run off in June only between # 1 and #2? If so, wouldn't most of the votes of Kucynski (#3) and Toledo (#4) go toward Fujimori? (since they are all more centre-right candidates...)
