EPS of $0.30
SXP is earning about $0.30 right now, so they could easily restart a dividend. Based on the mix of business, I would at least give it a 8 multiple, so should be around $2.40. And if they restart the dividend that would be over 10% yield, even at that level.

They need to pay down debt, they will not restart dividends at 10% yield.
