Executives move on to other positions everyday. Focusing on a resignation is akin to searching for ghosts while the issuer is presenting excellent audited fundamentals. Unsubstantiated rumours allow buyers to acquire shares more cheaply while the sellers are misfocused. Should the dividend be reinstated, sellers will regret their actions profoundly.
