New Issue?
Given their history of reducing the share count through NCIBs, and funding tuckins with cash flow, I would be equally surprised by a new issue. The exception of course would be for a much larger purchase.
in the latter event, management has demonstrated a prudent approach over the years and I am confident that any purchase would be accretive long term. Any short term dip probably would create an opportunity to add.
