NCIB active again

The company bought a few shares back last week at $5.50. This is after not buying any for several months.

I have to admit, I think there was someone here who suggested last year that the company had a $5.50 limit on the buyback. I thought that was a crazy idea, why would the company put an arbitrary limit on it? And at such a low level? I guess I was wrong.

At least we know what the company is thinking, and we are safe to assume that $5.50 will be the low on the stock, with the NCIB supporting it at that level. They will wish they had bought back more when it goes over $10.

Sitting today at $5.31, are we seeing any action on the NCIB?

That $5.31 opportunity didn't last long! The NCIB buys are reported monthly, so we should see next week. Hopefully they did step in and buy shares.
