The overnight offering closed last week. I tried to buy in but was told that they were sold out.

I would have to think this would need to be announced as it is pertinant to the market, especially if it is over subscribed. just a guess as I am no lawyer. any lawyers in the house?

Yes, that is what I assume. I was looking to purchase some shares from the most recent szls offering. I noticed that they were listed under closed. So I contacted my trading broker to find out if the IPO was closed and they informed me that the units were sold out. Not to sure as to when they sold out last week, but it must have been just shortly after the offering.
