The day before the q3 fins announcement the stock is trading at a plug nickle and no volume - think about that. Obviously there is zero confidence and consquently no buyers.

Tripp himself won't put a dime into this dog.  All time lowest the stock has ever been and the ceo has zero faith in the company at all.
