"Likely for maintenance" - seriously for maintenance, NO likely for sheer incompetance. She did not know the website was down until I posted it on stockhouse and the little sycophant known as nb1/2 informed her, beyond wierd.

So why file. They chose not to take the funding that was available.  Let it delist and keep up the high salaries.  Why pay the auditors, continue to file and try to get relisted if you're almost out of money.  Financials said just over $20k at the end of June.  It's  been 3 months where are they getting cash for salaries and operating expenses? Let this stay

Eh bien bizarre. I am so glad  I sold  my Browing 9mm 30 years ago, otherwise the temptation would be too strong. This has gotten beyond idiotic. And yet the pumpers pump the pinx.

It makes no sense other than Riggs they don't hold a lot of shares let it stay delisted and milk the company or sell it and move on.   The only reason to get back on an exchange is if there is some big news otherwise it's just repeat this insanity.
