Maybe just maybe one of our renowned pumpers could get to the bottom of this ( using their world renowned DD skill set) or maybe they just pull their baby blankets over their heads and do a "nah nah nah nah nah you can't see me". No response from Rebecca after 5 hours, so they don't  know the website is still unavailable at 18:30 ADT and/or can't bother with a response.

"Will likely..." hilarious. Add new tests to the current ones that are NOT selling. It takes a special kind of cognitive  dissonance to reach that conclusion.  After three years "it gonna be alright". Seriously. Hope is all we have. No new partners mentioned. The website rework is just FORM and no SUBSTANCE. It is a bit more readable but thtatis all. But I will grant something big is coming, just do not know if it will be good or bad.

A company does NOT shut down it's website to launch or relaunch a product. They set up in a test environment and test, test, test, and test some more. Then and only then is it put live. Typically flipping one switch. But I guess you and nb1/2 have a lot of IT experience so you could GUESS better.  The admonition "stick to thy last" would be appropriate  here.
