Yes, they are hitting oil with every drill hole and taking less time and getting better flows. As to getting oil out they have had difficulties but have prevailed none the less. Other routes are being developed and there has been imporvement on some of their routes. River blockage appear to be a thing of the past as people start seeing the social fund bringing improvements.
