Good potential, but even insiders have given up?

Hedgehog, I also love the potential of the property. However as it has already been stated in the company's statement, the biggest risk right now is  the company may not have enough capital to pay for the property, and hence could lost the title eventually.

What troubles me is even at the current cheap level I still haven't seen insiders/directors buying shares with their both hands also got me worried.

Hi Canadian 0308, Nice to have someone to talk to here! The first thing to note is that TCH's Segovia project consists of FOUR properties, and the issue of ceding back relates to just ONE of these properties, i.e. the payments concerned relate to 2009 contracts for just two mining interests in the Rio Pescado property. TCH's San Miguel, Frontino Norte and El Cinco properties

Firstly, I know of mining sector companies where the share price has multi-bagged (even thirty-bagged) with no dirctor share buying, so while it can be some indicator, it's not essential. Remember that TCH are in external talks, which can be some restriction on director
