The problem here
is ascertaining how long this remains a dead-money stock. The fine was baked-in, nothing else. Regulators have basically said NO to any US expansion. If you want a good dividend stock this could be for you, however, capital appreciation is off the radar for years to come. Also, dead-money stocks tend to have heavy selling pressure at tax loss time. This is going lower I'm afraid.

Seems like a gross over-reaction on your part.. It will be back in the mid eighties by the end of the year.
