Could be folks looking to collect 9% dividends.

Timbercreek Financial (TSE:TF) will be paying a $0.06 dividend that represents a yearly dividend yield of 9.03%.
In order to be eligible for the dividend payment you need to own shares of Timbercreek Financial on 07/31/2024.
The payment will take place on 08/15/2024.

I think the increase in so has alotto do with the building that will be converted into 420 residential suites in Calgary.. city is booming. Nice transaction that will be completed by September

Dividend looks sustainable. P/E only 10.13. New projects in the works. Good margins. Interesrt rates dropping. All good. GLTA
