they should do the equity offering now and get this overhang out of the way, market and investors are expecting it anyways

they should do this offering now while stock is above 3 but won't surprise me if they don't and "wait" until its below 3 then offer it at a discount this is how resource investors typically gets screwed by management

idk from the last news release(not golden hill) they seem to be pretty emphatic that they do NOT want to dilute shareholders  and the recent hedging at $1330 would support that  , plus the largest shareholder has an interest in not being diluted   , this is a very well managed and prudently financed company i think if they need a large chunk of cash they will sell a 5% royalty   ...more

and just re-stated by RY, that they do not want to dilute and that the hedging is a direct result of the financing discussions where "lenders are using a price deck of approx. $1,150. per oz".
