Thanks for posting.  I see nothing new in any business updates and the use of proceeds is the vague list of all their expense lines - R&D, SG&A, general Corp, etc....    So we have to assume that the pressure we have applied and that they have acknowledged to get a serious biotech analyst in the US to cover them in their entirety is one reason they've done this.  I ...more

50 million $ is a lot of money for a small bio...If somehow the ATM  does not create  more than  10% dilution I will be ok,,,,,

I have more questions for you.   1) Do you think it's 100% Cantor will do a research report given this news? 2) Does Cantor picking this up 'legitimize' thtx with other analysts? Do analysts read other analysts reports? Might they be motivated by the opportunity or is it always just about $$$? Is getting the first one always the hardest? Unfortunately, on Wall St you can never say 100% and there would be plenty of perfectly legitimate reasons their analysts declines.  Maybe we should use 60%yes/40%no?  It makes sense that they would, but it's definitely not 100%.  Others may know more and can tilt those odds.  Reading between the lines I would hope that was a thought and I recall management talking about ...more
