Where's the news on TH1902?

Will history repeat itself? You know how much I trust these executives that can't execute other than a basic pharma reorg?  I will also say that I too can negotiate to get money from big lenders if I give them everything they want. That's call being screwed. Not negotiation.

One more day before they miss their deadline.  I hope I am wrong.

From what  I understand, they are still locked out from any trading. But after getting all those cheap options, it would really be a positive development if they added to their stakes by buying more in the open market. I don't expect to see that, however.

Curious about the maturing options situation.  Will they buy and keep or sell, we will see. I f they sell there goes the hopes that it's worth much more than a 1$.

I don't think they said they would inform the market of what the SAC is working on or decides (decided?) on because nothing is really decided until they put a package together to first address the FDA questions arising from 1A portion and then inform them of the new protocol and what data they have to suggest it is a valid way forward, safe, and should improve outcomes.  Until you really

We will have to wait until the proxy statement comes out to know if there were salary reductions or bonuses not paid. Hopefully, that is what we will see and the big, cheap option grants helped offset the sting of that. My sense is the management team THTX has in place is for the most part actually pretty good and would be hard to replace with equivalent talent at this point. The situation is

Getting screwed with the OO and unwarrented warrent that came with it, with the amendement of the Marathon deal addind all sort of conditions and 5M extra warrants @ 1.45usd,  And then saying in the new corporate presentation it was non dilutive.  That presentation does'nt even mention market cap anymore since it's more or less irrelevant now.  They are getting themselves

Perhaps they say non-dillutive because they know when they come due this terd wont be above $1.45? Irritated for sure, but perhaps there will be an update on 1902 as promised, if not another sign of same old song and dance to get past the AGM and we can read their faces in next QCC to get excited about.

Hey April 1 is a saterday so we can hope they won't put out a PR on that day.... not exactly the best day to build credibility.  They must have used Friday the 13th before.  I recall October 1st  (Holllween) a few years ago was a real ripper.
