It blocks viral entry into host cells while preserving normal immunologic function. The Company is also investigating an intramuscular method of administration of Trogarzo. EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

The easy thing to do here is to vote against 1 or 2 members of the board while voting in favor of all the others to send a clear message. If a couple of members receive 80%+ votes against while all the others receive 90%+ votes for, it would do the job, imo. This is a way to send a clear signal to the BoD.
