AGM was horrible
I relistened the AGM call once again. So bad, so unenthusiastic at a time the stock price needs a pep talk. My gut tells me to sell this time around since they are clearly bad at what they do. Sorry I will sell my block because I personnally think they will deep six the company in dept and numerous bad decisions. It's their story and it will perpetuate in the prsent form.

Any thoughts on when we might start to see our board making some overdue changes after the AGM votes made our concerns unmistakenly and clear?

No, but I am hopeful they will evaluate the situation and take appropriate actions before too much time passes. At the same time, how they announce any changes can be done in ways to maximize the impact. So, it might take time to sort that out.

Spceo, you specifically said you would abstain this time around , it's hard to trust you anymore. I don't know what management promised you or what changed in management to make you act differently, but your agenda is not communicated completly to this board or at least deferred until it suit your needs.

I would add, this is why it is a VERY uncomfortable place to be.

At this point apart from delevering on the Sort1 1b they best thing that coud happen is a 3$ obid on the company. Call it it a day and close the books for good on this nightmare.

Honestly, if these many fails had happened when they were at Pfizer, Pfizer would have kicked their butts out in a flash. They got too many passes. The issue is trust. Trust to deliver. It's all about onco and NASH. NASH, they failed to move the needle.

Unfortunately when you make 2 million dollars a year working for a company whos worth sub 100million you are going to be held accountable for a lot of the failures regardless of how much of a part you played in it. You seem to defend him to a fault which is admirable but not very realistic

He's the capitain of the ship. It comes with responsabilities. He should take all the blame. 100% all the blame. this is business, not daycare.
