What's next and when

The AGM message was clear but the answer is not yet clear and as always long in the making.

It was clear and it would be nice to see it reflected with the "decisive action and agile tactics" Paul mentioned in his AGM remarks. I think we will need to be patient, however, as the more consequential the actions to be taken, the longer it takes to get everything lined up to take those actions. The board chair will decide along with the other board members what steps to take. Shareholders  made their views clear via their votes and comments and my group of large shareholders had an opportunity to make some suggestions but it is up to the board chair and the board to make the final decisions and hopefully improve upon the suggestions which were made (they have a lot more info than we

It's insulting.  I just hope Soleus and others just get something going to find a decent exit strategy for all shareholders.

Like me, you and everyone else, Paul is not perfect and he is also very expensive. But THTX is a tiny company and it is unlikely we would be able to attract anyone of his pedigree to replace him. While we really cannot  afford him right now, that could change pretty quickly. If TH-1902 ends up being successful in phase 1b and moves forward into phase II, THTX will need a partner and Paul

I have concerns about your point of view SPCEO1. I believe the primary focus for Thera's success should be the improvement and maximization of sales for its approved products, and that Paul was hired for his expertise in marketing and sales to achieve this goal. Good points, and I think seeing the new analysis  they've done in the presention around realistic market size and how to push multiple levers, like convincing patients and docs to screen for lipodystrophy, are a result of the sales strategy he's put in place with the CCO. It seems they have helped, along with maximizing sales staff internally and focusing on the key markets/clinics

The always highly unreliable Bloomberg sales data for Trogarzo and Egrifta in 2Q23 suggests that Trogarzo sales are up quite nicely (maybe 18-20% including price) but Egrifta seems up only about 7% or so which is mostly price increases as volume was not up much. But it is worth reiterating that this data has been nearly useless in predicting quarterly sales accurately in the past.

They never had a CEO capable of creating shareholder value... never.  So we're stuck with the science to save the day.

It might be so but it does'nt transpire in any way in the stock price.  Neither the information on the FDA's 30 day decision process and coming public event on Th1902 for analysts and shareholders. Only the same opacity that keeps going on.  I know it will come shure but so is 50 cents in the mean time if nobody understands how market work overthere.  Then they will wonder
