This is unbelievably unfortunate and at some point one has to question competance.  We are way past this point.  No one is this unlucky.  It's going to take some serious luck on our part to ever recover from these jokers.  Why in the hell would they issue a press release like this?  No explanation, no specific plan, and delaying details until next earnings call.

That 4 month review process from FDA thanks to Jubilant not picking up bugs in their Indian outlet will bankrupt Thera.

They can't go for very long with the interest on the balloon lown and the fix cost from their in house sales team if they run out of Egrifta for one or two quarters.  I don't see it at the moment.  I don't see how we get out of this one.

Caught with their pants down again.... no backup plan, not even enough supply for 6 months from what I understand or they will have it come oct. 21 but they can't sell it for another 4 months because they FDA needs to reapprove it.  Is there an insurance for lost of revenu, can they sue the manufacturer.  It's like Ryan Air when their fleet of 737 was grounded thx to the fact
