Explain this to me
They say they can manage inventory to meet demand until early 2025. Ok fine. They say if everything is dandy with manufacturing they have a new batch in October 21 that take up to 4 months to get stamped by fda for sale. That takes us to March 2025 if it come down to the max delay. That's 3 months without Egrifta sales. How can you say it won't affect patients if they don't get it for 3 months...

I guess we have to rely on the goodwill of the fda to not let patients go without their drug for paperwork sake. Normality would want that to be the case.

we will provide more details as part of our third quarter results in October. Unexceptable all around. Your worried about patients not getting drugs. Thats even more unexceptable. Why we have FDA, which is laughable to begin with anyway.

Will probably wait until then to tell you how fu.. ed their Q1 will be without Egrifta sales if FDA does their 4 month thing and then some.
