I agree on the 20.00 to disruptive at todays broad price index. 10.00 would b fine with me. But if we get 100% inflation in 3 years, 20.00 will b fine. Getting florence built before inflation is crucial. As projects go florence ground work will b fairly large I believe. It will likely b given to a larger construction corp. Arizona crews may b booked, so there could b enough hotel space in ...more

I disagree that a doubling of the price of CU would be seriously inflationary. It would double the cost of copper in the average new home, so it might add $500 to the cost of a new home, which is a fraction of the overall price, same with the average car, and an EV vehicle, about another $500 added to the cost,, no extra labour costs or manufacturing cost, so 1-2k added to your fav eV vehicle. so ...more
