JV is what has been strongly hinted at in recent presentations. No equity issued but possibly 50% of the project given up in the deal. OSK did it with Goldfields and their share has taken a tumble. However their market cap was around $1bil at the time whereas here it is only $161mil. I think that a strong FS followed by a JV announcement will propel this share price upwards through the ...more

Good comments. I agree they should avoid an equity raise like the plague. If they do a 50/50 JV and the copper offtake agreement, the amount of stand-alone debt TLG would need to take on to fully finance their portion of the initial capex should be quite modest and easy to obtain at a reasonable rate. The short-term share price action if all of the above comes to fruition is anyone's guess ...more
