Notice in this list of major stockholders are 2 mining co. By Timmins now proving up S.F. for the next 5 years and drilling a pre-feasability at A.P.; Timmins is taking risk off the table. In my estimation; if the price of gold stays steady or moves up from here, TMM is a prime takeout candidate for a larger junior or major looking for instant positive cash flow with low cost, high profit package to boost their balance sheet.
