The new CEO says what I've been saying all along, they have the best land package here. In time the whole reigion is going to be consolidated. Now there's plenty of value to be unlocked for SF and especially AP, but actually the real long-term value creation will come from having that monstrously large prime real-estate in the best gold belt anywhere.
