What is going on with this DOG.glta

Irrelevant of the SP, you're still getting your fixed dividend payout. That payout is a fixed price, not relative ot the stock price. Just take advantage of the low SP and buy more. That's what I do and I'm nearing $1000 / month in dividends from this stock / month. the more I can buy at these prices, the better the divs each month :)
Comment by jelijo612 on Dec 13, 2021 3:25pm
wonder why the SP is taking a beating though
Comment by pandsca on Dec 14, 2021 7:56am
Look no further than the sector. There are a numnber of reasons the sector is taking a beating and this happens every year at this time. Firms/people are pressuring the price lower for end-of year activities. COVID is also contributing to people selling since they think office space needs will be far less a requirement than pre-COVID. The diffference I see though, is that TNT caters to large ...more

I disagree I owned  all of these for a long time and never see this  happen  other than when the covid first hit and it was brutal (2020) this latest dive is all to do with the uncertainty caused by the latest covid varient;;
Comment by rabnud on Dec 14, 2021 1:21pm
people are nevrous about shut downs and people not paying rents etc just like the original dive REIT Unit trusts took back in march 2020 and all due to omicron varient  ;;;;;;;;;
Comment by pandsca on Dec 14, 2021 2:28pm
@rabund Take a look at TNT in that period. It was great that the stock took a dive so we could pick it up at bargain prices, in in reality TNT never once fell below like 99% collection rates and no clients dropped off their radar. Their stock price took a dive only becuase of the sector wave. TNT maintained great sales and ontime payments - even better than most REITs do in good times ...more

I dont know whats going on it was up nicely and bam today like a rock off a cliff all the other similar reits are doing fine
Comment by pandsca on Jan 05, 2022 3:54pm
I'm not too concerned. Take a look at the 6 month and 1 year charts and those views should put things in perspective. The latest COVID scares are certainly playing into this since most of TNT floor space is consumed by Gov and Banks.
Comment by rabnud on Jan 13, 2022 10:52am
yes the covid scare just like last tiem but  whats weird is 60% of my reits have revoverd and iam up nicely and others still down? there all in the same business in the same provinces etc
Comment by rabnud on Jan 21, 2022 5:04pm
man I am getting concerned my TNT is down 6000$ in last 3 trading sessions and yet all my others are holding ok ,down some but still all good   just makee no sense this one should fall so badly
Comment by pandsca on Jan 22, 2022 8:51am
With these prices, I'm picking up more all the time. I don't subscribe to their DRIP because when they DRIP, the price goes up. I wait for the monthly lows to buy. I  love this stock because the DIV is a fixed price so the lower the SP, the more I can pickup. I still recieve the same monthly $ payout based on Qty, not price each month. I'm about $150,000 into TNT and not ...more

I like TNT.UN because most of the properties' tenant is provicial or federal government. Both have been saying reduce office staff and go to small space/person at least 10 years. Nothing happen. If the economy turns south, governement will expanse the expenditure.
Comment by pandsca on Jan 23, 2022 8:53am
Like you, I also see big value in the business model of TNT. Their GOV leases are all long-term (5 years if I recall) and they also cater to banks and insurance companies. Their collections history for all these groups have been stellar. When COVID first hit, they had 99.5% on-time rental payments and that is their standard monthly story every month / every year. That's also far-far ...more

man the way this  tnt has traded price wise Iam fking baffled  all my reits have all recovered and iam in the green big with all  but not TNT and I just dont see any reason for them getting subdued like this for the last 6 weeks or more anyone have any idea? Iam all ears
Comment by bcsc on Feb 01, 2022 10:17am
Look at something other than a 3 month chart. Read the news. There is something called omicron that is disrupting the return to offices.
Comment by rabnud on Feb 01, 2022 1:43pm
you moron  Iam well aware of that READ my post I have several pretty much Identical reits and there all recovered and actually gone up a fair amont ;;;
Comment by pandsca on Feb 02, 2022 6:49am
Rather than getting nasty... You mention "I have several pretty much Identical reits". Are these reits catering to GOV, bank, and other large companies and also have locked in 5 year contracts that started last year and those REITs pay this DIV monthly? Nothing is identicle and you should not compare them. Business models are all different and while you may have REIT's doing ...more

dist are steady and are also  in my other ones  but just seems odd TNT has been draged down and never recovered so far  yet my other ones have  all very similar in type of propertys and were nailed when we had the covid scare 2 months back and they have recovered and moved ahead  yes there  all similar in nature and are comparable
Comment by bcsc on Feb 02, 2022 1:12pm
Who are these "pretty much identical" REITs that you are using for comparison. How does their share price and yeild compare to pre pandemic levels, not 2 months ago.  If you are unhappy after making reasonable comparisons in size, composition, geographiy etc. by all means sell. 2 months ago TNT was trading under $7.00 so sell now and you net over 30 cents a share about 4.5% return ...more

Listen u dumb Fuk I been in reits for years ; 2 months and 5 days ago TNT was 7.34  today its 7.24 ;;  2 months ago I bought another reit at $6.55  its $6.84 now . when I buy I buy like 30-35000 shares  of each one . this is a new account  I started;  My other one I have had for years ;; most of my reits are in private ones(3rd other account) and they have all done ...more
Comment by rabnud on Feb 02, 2022 2:00pm
also to note I have 6 reits in this account with average dist of 8%   the lowest is 7.34 and the highest is 8.75   4 are indetical ones  one  is a royalty  and one is in europe
Comment by bcsc on Feb 02, 2022 4:51pm
So what are they., Share the wealth. Or are they a secret. Not sure how we are expected to compare TNT to certain other REITs when you won't tell us what  they are.  You say that 4 are identical ones, and yet one is in Europe (literally half a world away) and another is a royalty, hardly identical.
Comment by rabnud on Feb 03, 2022 11:43am
LOL   I get 53K per month from various reits  this is not my first rodeo Thats why Iam purplexed as to why TNT and also BTB  are lagging  in recovery due to recent covid scare;;;;yet my others are all recovered and doing well Now I realize its not a big deal because all the distributions have been steady  so no worrys ;;;
Comment by bcsc on Feb 03, 2022 3:57pm
So as an investor with over $8.5M invested in REITs you are relying on a Stockhouse BullBoard for your investment advice? LOL
Comment by rabnud on Feb 03, 2022 5:53pm

2 posters werer more than willing to help with your question but asked you to supply the REITS your were comparing to. Instead you choose to be rude. Good luck with your millions.
Comment by rabnud on Feb 08, 2022 3:01pm
no one helped at all   not one person gave any reason TNT was underperforming all the while  all the others of very similar nature have all roared back and gone up since the last covid scare  so  drop on your head please and thanks ;;;
Comment by pandsca on Feb 08, 2022 7:04pm
For someone who claims to have millions of $$$ in shoares form REITs, you sure do seem to rely on annomous information. I think you're full of it. Flat-out lying about how much value you hold in TNT and probably any REIT for that matter. Anyone who actually does own the $ value of stocks you claim and also generate a monthly income in the 50+ thousand $ range in DIV's that you claim ...more
