Why pay full price? Buy when on sale!

Management of TNT.UN cut the monthly distribution by 50% and the units are down in price by about 40%.

Their value has not changed because the distribution is reduced. Only the price the units are trading at has changed. The value is still there.

So today I took an initial position and purchased 4,300 units on sale with a yield of 9%,

It may take a year or two for the price to recover.  So what?  I am getting 9% while waiting,

Patience will be rewarded.
