Based on what?  If you can't show me the math how he arrives at it, it's a completely worthless opinion.   I can say the target price is $20.  But, without the math, that target price isn't worth sh-t.

Seems like price targets on all reits are coming down, maybe be $0 or pennies by nextyear.  turd of a  sector

TNT trades at $200 per sq ft aprox. A fire sale is worth around $175 per sq foot. That communist looking fed government they sold on Laurier went for $165 per sq foot. Most of their current properties look nicer, especially the main one. More modern. Tough to see how we go wrong here.
